Ready to dive in? Bring a friend along so you can enjoy learning and building skills together. We work with each individual, giving specific drills to help them focus on the key elements they can develop.
Open water classes may need to be cancelled due to weather or sewage conditions. We will make a decision the evening before the lesson and notify you immediately to cancel and reschedule the lesson.
If you need to cancel the lesson we will endeavour to reschedule it, subject to 24 hours notice. If the session cannot be rescheduled you will receive a refund, minus a 5% (minimum £1) processing fee.
If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full session amount.
If there is insufficient demand for any course or the minimum number is not met we retain the right to cancel the session. Our aim will always be to advise you as soon as possible and either reschedule or refund in full.
If we have to cancel any session we will offer you an alternative date/time or refund in full.
